After having our initial appointment cancelled and being asked to fill out some online forms, we were told someone would reach out soon to schedule. Several weeks later, we have finally received an outrageous estimate to finish my daughter’s treatment, as we are transferring orthodontists due to a move. Hands down the most friendly staff in the valley. Olivia one of the orthodontic assistants was one of the kindest people I’d ever met. She constantly checked in with my discomfort level throughout the entire braces application process. One of the most annoying things about visiting the dentist/orthodontist is when saliva builds up in the back of your mouth and you’re choking on it for three minutes before they do anything about it.
