I had an airbag issue on my 2021 Ram 1500 that the dealership couldn’t fix after a month of going back and forth. I made an appointment with Sayo Electronic, and they diagnosed the issue the same day and fixed it shortly after. They were straightforward, professional, and didn’t waste my time. After dealing with the dealership, this was a completely different experience. I highly recommend them for electrical and airbag-related issues.
Bad place to take your car. Had electic issues that I took back to them multiple times. Each time they “fixed”it, the issue would come right back. When I brought it to their attention they would have attitudes and just bad customer service overall. Would not recommend unless you like wasting your money. Sometimes going the cheap route doesn’t always save you money.
These guys are the only advanced electronic store in twin cities. Great hospitality, kind welcoming environment. Very important story to have in Minnesota. Aziz and Hamid are awesome to work with. Thank you team Sayo
Over charged me for an oil change. Said they changed spark plugs but showed me a picture of 1 spark plug. Won't answer my phone call. Do Not Bring your car or truck there!!!
