Excellent and ontime service. Outstanding treatment from my therapist, Michael!
I was a patient for a fracture of my right wrist. I also have meineres disease which produces vertigo without warning. On the day of my appointment, I had a vertigo attack which left me unable to drive for my appointment. I had nausea and vomiting and balance issues which rendered me unable to arrive at the facility safely. I called Saylor and spoke to a person who answered the phone. I explained my situation. This is an incredible facility with an outstanding staff. My treatment began with a team of Kristy Bolha and Michael Haines, both smart, caring and creative therapists. Michael’s ideas, along with Kristy’s deep tissue massages, stretches and exercise regimen have brought me back to amazing functionality. Barbara and Caitlin also deserve special mention for handling the front desk and all scheduling issues with a smile - always.
I had a total hip replacement.I had such a wonderful experience .The team was excellent and each one was very compassionate ,and very knowledgeable. I am most grateful for my therapist Dr Brianna Carbrey she gave me excellent care she has a great attitude and a very caring therapist. She has great focus and a wonderful technique, she is very competent and very well trained. SHE HELPED ME REGAIN MY RANGE OF MOTION AND MY STRENGTH HER ENCOURAGEMENT AND PATIENCE WERE INVALUABLE.
