The Staff in West Palm Beach are great! but trying to contact the billing department Ms. Addison it always goes to her voicemail and then it take her days to call back if you get a call back and the same with her email. I find this to be unacceptable in a billing department.
Saylor Physical Therapy is a magnificent company. The staff is amazing, courteous and professional. My therapist, Justin demonstrates that his goal is to help his clients improve their fitness today and prevent future injuries. I highly recommend that organization.
I highly recommend Saylor Physical Therapy. The treatment is one-on-one. Julie was my therapist. She was patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My range of motion in my broken ankle has improved tremendously. Thank you.
i have had physical therapy at Saylor PT with Rob Palaez in the Jupiter office. He was a truly caring and kind therapist passionate about his work paying attention to detail regarding my exercising and achieving my goals. He assured i was doing my exercises effectively and correctly . He was consistent in improving my strengthening exercises in order to assure me a faster recovery with less pain. These are awesome people! Dr. Heather--Altamonte--is the very best. She has helped me through knee replacement, shoulder surgery, and broken bones. I went to her BEFORE having the knee surgery and she prepared me so well that I walked to the nurses' station 6 hours after surgery! #1 in my book!!
Dr Nolan was my therapist as I recovered from total knee replacement surgery. The plan he put together for me was challenging at times, but I could consistently see progress. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He never pushed me beyond the pain I could bear. He was very encouraging, and quick to point out my “successes”.
