I had a very disappointing experience with Sayles Collision. I brought my vehicle in after being side-swiped and went through my insurance for the repairs. The insurance issued a check for $4,500, and I was told that it still wasn’t enough to cover the damages, so I ended up paying an additional $400 out of pocket. I would have called my insurance up to let them deal with Sayles but they had already charged me 2 days extra on their rental because they didn’t have my car ready after 2 weeks so they say. Thanks so much to the folks over at Sayles Collision. My Audi had been hit by a small clump of pine trees while sitting in my driveway. Although there wasn't any structural damage, about 75% of the car had dents and scratches. Some of the dents in some real difficult places to repair, but they nailed it. It's amazing. The quality of work is top notch. The communication was great. Hopefully I never need to have that kind of work done to a vehicle again but if I do, I am heading to Sayles.
