If I could give negative stars I would. I used Sayer last summer to fix our furnace at the trailer. After a few weeks it died again, but we closed for the season. Called last week for an appointment, was told Friday at 9am. Waited for 9 hours in my freezing trailer, tech never showed and the office just kept saying they paged him. No call to apologize, no call to reschedule. Incredibly unprofressional.

As we had a good experience this summer with our furnace at our trailer we had recommended Sayer to a friend of ours who is a single mom with 3 children. She had contacted Sayers and after 4 days they got back to her. All they said when they finally made a visit was to get quotes and bundle up in the meantime. No quote given. Very disappointing.

First time customer. Called for my annual furnace maintenance and they came the next day. The tech was friendly, thorough and did a great job. Highly recommended!
