Second time Doctor Saifullah did not see me for my video visit appointment, my appointment was at 2 pm and I waited until 2:30 pm losing my time for 30 minutes and she never contacted me, that is very disrespectful with patients 🤬
Really appreciate Dr. Saifullah. She is caring, takes time to listen and I feel very comfortable in her care.

Dr. Saifullah is the best doctor I've ever had. She's professional, personable, knowledgeable, practical, and caring. She takes the time and effort to remember your story/situation and adjust your treatment accordingly. Recently, after reading my test result, she even took the time to reach out proactively to a different medical office on my behalf to encourage them to move up my medical appointment by 2 months. I've been a patient of hers for around 8 years and have recommended her to more than 10 people.
