I am not a huge fan of lawyers but Gary Maresca softened my view of them. Gary handled our closing and from the beginning was a gentleman. He is knowledgeable and responsive and doesn't treat you like are bothering him. He encourages you to ask questions and he takes the time to make sure you understand the process. We raised a minor issue at the closing and Gary handled it without issue. The office staff was also fantastic. Gary is trustworthy and brings credit to his profession. Thank you Gary !
