My wife is descending into Alzheimer's, so we had an evaluation done by Dr Azizi at Yale Medical. He administered verbal, written and physical test. He advised on the path forward and priorities for caring for and protecting my wife. He was straight forward, realistic and clear with his advice , took his time and gave no false hopes.
