**Edit #1** This is an explanation of how this business works. We received a phone call from Ralph saying that we don’t owe anything. We just got a statement and now we OWE! If you have been receiving services from Ralph, he is retiring this year. This will be his last year to be in the business and it shows! His front desk/reception acts bothered when asking a question. Very poor customer service! They will drive away your business because they act snobby and give attitude. Bye Ralph, hope you have a good retirement because your business isn’t!
Saye and associates have always been a great accounting firm for me and my business. Everyone in the office is courteous, friendly and very quick to support. Never had an issue and highly recommend. Valerie by the way is beyond exceptional!

After a twenty+ year relationship with Saye and Associates, we were forced to terminate their services. As our payroll service, they failed to file and send months of tax reports, IRS withholdings and retirement benefits. We were made aware when the IRS sent us penalty invoices. Our Michigan State auditor could not balance our last quarter because of the high level of mistakes. They have not responded to numerous phone calls and emails. They are no longer a reliable firm.
