A bird rustled in the ventilation of my house, I thought it was a mouse and called the exterminators. Irwin checked what happened and told me. He said that there is no need to pay, because he did not perform any actions, the bird flew out of the ventilation by itself! They are great and very responsive! Don't call anyone else, they are great!

The product seems to be okay, but the shipping and customer service was terrible. The product came upside down and even the outer box was soaked with the product. Most of the caps were loose when I received the product after sifting through the soggy mess. The bottles filled with liquid do not arrive in plastic bags, and the foil caps were so weak they melted upon contact with the product.
