Horrible customer service and store manager. I was charged for something I had no idea what it was until I opened it (hot sauce). I wasn't trying to get a refund, but to let them know what happened. Instead of hearing me out she asks for the receipts, so I told her that I did not have the receipt sincee it happened 2-3 weeks ago. Mind you this is not even $12 worth.
