Arrogant, Laughs and belittles you when reacting to pain which she is causing
Unfortunately, not only was she lacking bedside manner- she was also incorrect. While ENT is a practice I will always seek treatment at, unfortunately, I will avoid scheduling with this doctor at all costs :/
Dr Niyogi is a top notch doctor. She is a great listener and very patient. She takes her time during the examination and the consultation and I never felt rushed. Going to the doctor can be stressful but if more doctors exhibited healing compassionate qualities that Dr. Niyogi does we would all be less stressed and healthier. I highly recommend a visit if needed.
If I could I would give 0 stars. as previously noted by others , the woman is in the wrong line of work . I came with my daughter and the doc gave so much attitude, I never experienced anything like this . Amongst other things, she left the room abruptly came back with a device which she did not use, I asked why she changed her mind in using it , she blamed me for not letting her do her work , then said she normally use the camera but now she wont use it with no explanations . when i asked if we maybe use just in case then s... read more
