While waiting for our appointment, we overheard how kind and patient the receptionist was with a caller. When I was booking i had the same experience. Incredibly helpful front desk. Then, dr Alison was so easy to be with, understanding and we never felt rushed even though we had many questions and complications. I am confident our next appointments will be the same. My son had a dental appointment. They were twenty minutes late. He had a previous appointment and we were five minutes late. When we entered the clinic, they told me I was five minutes late and they canceled the appointment. This is completely unfair.
