Absolutely the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I own a small design & promotional products company and we put together a small 12-piece order for a friend. We decided to use a local vendor, because that's a good thing, right? They sure accepted the order no problem then gave nothing but attitude and arrogance during the entire job.
