Saxx swim trunk quality is declining. I have purchased 2 pairs of their swim trunks and they have not lasted more than a year or two with light usage (about 6-8 swims). After reaching out to Saxx, they were unwilling to do much about the issue. I rinse them after I swim, I air dry them, everything that is supposed to prevent fading. Saxx when they first started out with their business was an absolutely amazing brand! However, over the course of years, their product has become nothing short of garbage. The amount you spend on their products and the quality is horrible. Companies as such use the cheap quality of their products as a tactic to swindle customers to try and remain loyal to their brand. A pair of boxer briefs could last maybe 1-6 months and you’re expected to fork out another $35+ dollars to purchase another pair and the process just gets repe... read more
SAXX ... Poorly made socks ... I recently purchased their "Low Show Socks"and although very comfy, they seem to be poorly made ... The Low Show Sock stitches open cleanly around the front (looks like a mouth)... I purchased Saxx because it's a Canadian brand and for the quality... How can I trust their undergarments now?
I've been a long time customer of Saxx and on my last order they sent me the wrong size and then wouldn't replace them.
Very poor customer service!!! Spent thousands of dollars on underwear in the past. On the one occasion when I was was sent underwear( advertised as boxer briefs) that had more in common with bicycle leggings than underwear I was offered the “one time exception” to send them back, and having to carry the shipping costs.. What a joke of a company, who clearly do not value their loyal client’s business!! NEVER BUYING SAXX AGAIN!!!
