Julie was phenomenal. I can't have said I found anyone else as qualified for customer service as her. Truly an authentic person.
The attorney gave an incorrect statement to the insurance adjuster on my claim, and that contributed to misrepresentation. My claim was referred to attorney general also As a result, insurance investigated me heavily. Everyday i go through a feeling of fear because i don't know what could happen. All of this could be avoided if my attorney had worked on my case seriously.
