Why weren’t tests ordered for my mother who came in sick? Why not even a urine test? Bloodwork? A XRAY? Why did you send my mom who had DOUBLE PNEUMONIA home with freaking cough medicine? A person with heart failure? Why weren’t you concerned and WHY didn’t you do more? By the time the ambulance got her..her kidneys were failing and it was too late!! We are disgusted, disappointed and dealing with an upsetting experience with Dr. Saxton. In my opinion, my mother’s care was highly inadequate—basic tests were not ordered, and her condition was not taken seriously until it was too late. She has been hospitalized with pneumonia, lungs full of fluid and kidney failing. I believe this reflects his poor judgment and an inability to provide the level of care patients deserve.
