My house has some interesting details that aren't found in every house so the owner decided to come out to make sure the job was done thoroughly. They were very punctual and even cleaned out the furnace! Definitely worth the money, especially to pay a local person vs a big company!

I was a little nervous going into this because I didn't know what to expect, but I was quickly relieved. He was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He took the time to show me things and explain things to me. I was amazed at how clean the process was and was impressed at how they tidied up after themselves. It was as though they hadn't been there. All in all, they did a great job and were fair on pricing.

Was referred to Saxton by a fellow homeowner. Was so glad I was. I bought a home that had significant cat urine smells (thought it was in carpet but leaned after replacing that it was in vents.) I had contacted several other companies who didn't respond to my requests. Not only did Ben respond quickly he offered several options.
