Management needs to be changed. Cannot be bothered to handle issues unless you reach out multiple times. Constant water issues, criminals loitering in the stairwells, and just put bandaids over wounds in general. You will regret your condo purchase. Guaranteed. This review may hurt my property value but i’d hate for some other person to have to experience the agony of living here.
It was my worst decision to buy a condo here. Their service is the worse. Water and Electricity issues all the time and they take $700 for it. The management and HVAC are lazy and never do their job. Rent or buy something from here if you want to make your life miserable.
