Roaches and other bugs are constantly in the place. Have called for maintenance and never showed 3 times now, management had a guy come out to spray. Same day we see more alive roaches and 3 days later find out they're also in the vents. And with the damage to the place most likely the walls. We contacted Hello Management, and they have yet to respond. Edit 2: I have contacted Hello Management Corporate, and they were completely unaware of this properties issues. If I could give a 0 star I would. This entire complex is infested with roaches and field mice. Half of the complex including mine I've seen some sort of exterminator for pest and roaches come spray. There's building issues including not up to date codes, one working dryer and washer. They just left exposed piping and leave generally most of the complex in shambles. Management is almost impossible to get a hold of. Repairs are slow if they ever happen at all. Pests in the building. Live elsewhere

I do not live here, but I work around the area. The apartments seem reasonably kept, although there do seem to be a few issues that I notice such as the parking lot. The people living there seem pretty friendly, but I only really talk to one family regularly. Overall, seems like a decent place, but please check other reviews for a better sense of what it is like to live there.
