First time in mcallen, went to visit my aunt and let me just say that this Apartment complex is by far the worst I’ve seen, and I’ve seen bad ones… This complex is extremely poorly managed. From what my aunt tells me they charge $150 a month in HOA fees across more than 200 units, yet somehow claim they don’t have the funds for basic renovations.
