Gary from Saxon came to Chicago to do a demo at Mariano's-Ravenswood a few weeks ago. We had a blast! He was very informative about the cheeses and customers really dug it. I grew up in New Holstein, WI, and Gary brought a little piece of hometown-feel to the big city. Thank you, Saxon for making high-quality, delicious cheeses and employing good people!
