One star is being generous. Never can get an appointment unless you say it is an emergency. Always want to organise a phone call appointment to make an appointment by which time you are either healed or dead! Repeat prescriptions always seem to need a medical review that they cannot do in a reasonable time span. Phone service routinely cuts out.
Had to phone back ten times this morning as full from 0800am. Receptionist cut me off twice first to get my details second cut me off stating why I needed to see the doctor then said we don’t need to know that only what to refer you with. Well why ask then. No empathy and poor service.
It's absolutely ridiculous, how you have to wait a month for just a phone call from a doctor
Dr Arka is fantastic I’ve seen him a few times. Listened my concern really well and has been very helpful. He’s very knowledgable when it comes to sign posting or referrals. As someone with multiple complex diagnosed conditions, this is a breath of fresh air. The receptionists and admin team are almost always brilliant. They always great me with a smile even when they have just had difficult or rude clients. They always seem to make time for me and my queries even when they are really busy.
