Eddy Millwork I've been calling since December for an invoice that was sent incorrectly. I ordered 2 toners and a waste cartridge and only received the waste cartridge. As of today, 03/16/2023, I've been on hold for over 3.5 hours to clarify whether they are going to send me the toners that I need or take it off of my invoice. What a headache to get a hold of them. Horrid experience - dishonest organization. Stay FAR away from here. Lied to sell a copier, then refused to help on the other side of the sale. We will be moving the relationship into breach of contract claims due to the dishonest nature of their culture. C-Suite of the company isnt interested in helping their customers either.
