I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and claims process. We filed a claim for our Xerox after it became inoperable in September 2025. Despite countless emails, phone calls, and follow-up attempts with both our representative and customer service, we have received virtually no communication or resolution. The insurance company confirmed that the claim payout was issued, yet we are still waiting for a replacement while continuing to make payments on equipment that has been unusable for months. These guys have the Worst Customer Service EVER!!!! Always over charging and can never get anyone to issue any credit on my bill! Can also never get anyone on the phone! Sales rep and CSR Manager also never return may calls or emails! THESE PEOPLE OFFER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
Take your business elsewhere. All phone numbers for this business take you to a call center in the Philippines. I don't believe you can get customer service from Saxon anymore. I am simply trying to check on a drum cartridge order and cannot get anyone to help me.
Do not answer nor return phone calls. Do not reply to emails.
