These guys have the Worst Customer Service EVER!!!! Always over charging and can never get anyone to issue any credit on my bill! Can also never get anyone on the phone! Sales rep and CSR Manager also never return may calls or emails! THESE PEOPLE OFFER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
Take your business elsewhere. All phone numbers for this business take you to a call center in the Philippines. I don't believe you can get customer service from Saxon anymore. I am simply trying to check on a drum cartridge order and cannot get anyone to help me.
Do not answer nor return phone calls. Do not reply to emails.
If you are in Jacksonville, find yourself a different Xerox provider. Don't know if it's just our Jacksonville branch that is terrible or Saxon as a whole but we have had a copier leased thru them for over 5 years and the only time you ever see or hear from them is when they send a new sales rep out to try and upsell you on a new machine.
