Very happy with the SAXO platform, research, fees and access to international markets.
A very Kafkaesque onboarding process. My wife and I were looking to open a joint account but for the first instance it failed due to issues with verifying my wife's identity, I got a very generic email saying, "to proceed we’ll need some extra information from you" but when I clicked on upload documents there's no further information on what do you want. After a few months, I tried again and gave her Medicare, DL, Australian passport, etc. and while her identity was verified it has been several weeks. We haven't received any... read more

Platform is average but worst is they charge $150 to transfer your shares to another broker which is absolutely ludicrous!!!! Don’t join in case you’re certain you never want to leave
