extremely slow customer service, even for onboarding, it feels like they don’t want new customers
Leo was very patient and very knowledgeable, he took the time to explain each and every one of my questions (I had a few). A true king of Saxo knowledge, thank you Leo. Edit: My previous 5 stars comment was about Saxo. The new owner "Totality" gets 0 -zero- stars. Right now Totality is not usable or friendly.
Avoid, be careful of the unwritten hidden charges and low quality offshore customer support. And if you happen to be an investor with low frequency trading, expect personal information collection from time to time and ultimatum of account closure.
They sold one of my shares @571 per share due to my account being $8 in negative. The only communication they provide is an email to say I have a new message in the app (they send lots of similar messages that are not important). I wasn’t called or notified by email about what they were intending to do.
I’d leave a 0 review if I could. I updated my address as a temporary measure and now my account is being closed. I have 2 weeks to sell or transfer my stocks when I will be moving back to Australia. Beware of this company, I have tried to connect with them numerously on the platform, to no avail. I’ve waited on the phone for over 30 minutes, in the queue with one person in the queue!!! No contact whatsoever. Now I have no idea if all my trades will be closed. Use another trading platform. I regret using Saxo
