They must have plenty of customers as they seemed indifferent. As one would expect for an easy no docs loan based on equity, high fee cost and high interest rate 2.5 greater then market. However, in desperate times sometimes you have to just accept the absurd costs or opt for an easier exit strategy...the nearest bridge

I rarely give ratings or low stars or even do reviews for that matter. ReFi cash is only an option if you want to pull a 100K of equity from the residence. Nothing like the radio advertisement this places claims to be. I would say shaddy and not very good customer service. Two stars for at least calling me back.

I do not recommend. Shady business practice. With nothing in writing, they decided to "slip" in a closing fee that wasn't in the contract. When I pointed out a previous loan with a lower closing fee, and the fact that nothing was mentioned in the signed contract, I was simply told to bad. After all of the money they made off of me and my family, they wouldn't waive a $300 fee they decided to add.

Been a member since 2016!! Saxe Mortgage Company is a great credit union, they always answer the phone. And typically go above and beyond where as most big banks wouldn't move a finger. If you are on the fence and thinking about making the switch just do it! You will not regret the move! Saxe Mortgage Company for the Win!
