Psychologists will be the first to point out correlation is not causation yet her process is to ask irrelevant questions and somehow determine a person's moral character. Spent 75%+ of interview time asking irrelevant questions, which would have also been illegal on a job interview, e.g. where were you born, how much money do you make. My review has been over 10 years in the making. (Not joking) I chose to wait to not "blackball" myself from obtaining a position, I suppressed my response until now. I've seen Dr. Saxe-Clifford over 3x for multiple positions. On the initial written exam, I did not understand a question, when I asked a proctor she told me if you don't understand a question mark "YES" on the exam that way you can discuss it in the Interveiw. Psych orange county, ca., selected for ex-retired military personnel psych. Evals. Funny how I was armed for 24 years , in U S Air Force, as a AC 130 Spectre Gunship flight engineer, but, the doctor's mind was made up before I ever sat down. Easiest way, Orange County, can reject applications and keep all the fees. Simply say, " well you were in combat zones for 3+ years!, therefore you have PTSD.
