I took my Ford Escape to Saxby’s after the July hail storm & not only did they do a phenomenal job fixing it, but they also worked directly with my insurance. As usual with insurance, there were some snags along the way, but Paul kept me updated with every step & everything worked out in the end. My vehicle was a lease & when I turned it in, they didn’t find any damages, which was a huge relief. I highly recommend Saxby’s!
Friendly staff. Made you feel welcomed Kept you updated on the status of your vehicle. My most favorite part was their shop dog. ❤️
This was my third time using Saxbys Collision, and every experience has been great! The staff is always kind, professional, and makes you feel like a priority. They get the work done quickly without cutting corners, and I really appreciate their attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised when I got in my car and saw it was cleaner than when I dropped it off! If you ever need collision repair or even regular vehicle maintenance they do it all at a very reasonable price, I highly recommend them!
Paul was fantastic to work with from that start. I came in looking for an estimate after a plow truck backed into me and Paul directed to on who to contact and how to start the process. Once my car was brought in for repairs it felt like my car was in and out super fast. Not to mention they detailed my vehicle the outside and inside.
