I have used Saxby’s a number of times over the years. Recently in June my car was sideswiped causing the entire driver’s side to need repair. Due to extensive damage the repair took a bit longer to complete, however the end result was worth the wait. My 2017 Subaru looks brand new! Every step of way staff kept me informed and worked directly with my insurance company to settle any additional supplemental needed to complete the project. It's great. To deal with knowledgeable people that actually care
I took my Ford Escape to Saxby’s after the July hail storm & not only did they do a phenomenal job fixing it, but they also worked directly with my insurance. As usual with insurance, there were some snags along the way, but Paul kept me updated with every step & everything worked out in the end. My vehicle was a lease & when I turned it in, they didn’t find any damages, which was a huge relief. I highly recommend Saxby’s!
Friendly staff. Made you feel welcomed Kept you updated on the status of your vehicle. My most favorite part was their shop dog. ❤️
