Stopped in to look at zero turn mowers. Spoke with Gabe. He was an absolute please to work with. What I went in for was something that would not of worked for what I needed. He helped explain everything to me and help me get what I actually needed. Saxby's gives you that hometown feel from everyone there. Jason in finance is a please as well to work with. I could not ask for a better company to work with when it comes to finding the right equipment for the job you need. A++ all the way. Thanks guys

Great sales and service. Good selection. Gabe, my sales person, was friendly and communicative. Delivery was right on time by the sales person. He took the time to go over all of the features of the machine. And Kubota, what else is there to say?
Brought my Kubota ZD21 in for leaking hydro line and fuel pump replacement in June of 2025. 10 months(!!) later it was finally done. Waited over 3 weeks for mower to be delivered. They forgot to charge me for the delivery, said the phone i gave was "different", even though its printed right on my bill. I missed the equivalent of an entire mowing season. They gave no apologies. 24 yrs of great parts and service help...but not going there anymore.
Saxby employees are extremely helpful in ensuring that the right equipment is recommended for the customers actual use and intention. Worked with Gabe in sales and he spent the time to make sure all questions were answered and I felt very comfortable working with him. We engaged a mechanic from the back to answer a question with no hesitation. I grabbed some parts from the parts department and it was as easy as it could get. Customer experience was excellent!!
