We hired Sax Homes to handle renovations on our new home in downtown LR. Samson and his crew were excellent in basically every way you hope for. He smoothly navigated HOA requirements (there were many). He kept us up to date on progress and clearly conveyed what he needed us to handle. He was always responsive to texts and calls. Simply the best in central Arkansas. Samson and his team are the definition of consummate professionals. They do incredible work and always do what they say they will—on time and with the highest ethics. We had an old screened porch that they converted into a heated/cooled sunroom. It went from an eye sore to now our favorite room in the house. I can’t recommend them enough.
