Only one who picked up the phone on a Sunday and were able to help. Had someone out to us by Tuesday, super easy to deal with and even fixed something else for us while here. Will definitely use you guys again for any future electrical work.
We’re wanting to install a EV charger installed in our apartment basement. For a new EV vehicle we’re about to buy. Nick replied promptly to my online application. A date was set for the visit. Nick was very accommodating with his knowledge and experience with EV installations. The quote came through in a prompt manner. We’ve yet to decide what company we’re going through but wanted to leave a five star review. For the way Sax engaged and performed in a professional manner.
I can't recommend Nick and Sax Electrical enough. Nick visited at short notice to help me diagnose a suspected septic tank power issue. He was methodical and helped me identify the core issue with an aeration pump and fixed a faulty GPO in the same area. If you want an exceptional electrician Nick and Sax should be your first call.
Had a new air conditioner installed by Sax Electrical Pty Ltd. Nick and the boys were amazing! Highly recommend them for any electrical work. Very professional, punctual, great communication throughout the process, and an exceptionally clean, high-quality job. Couldn’t be happier with the result.
