Chris was great. very responsive. very efficient. He went out of his way to make sure the job was complete in a timely manner and in a very professional way.
Chris is not someone you can trust. He has a bad reputation and I feel sorry for any individual/business that uses his services.
I've never worked with someone as unprofessional as Chris. He was hired to complete a joint appraisal for my divorce. During the appraisal he claimed he would have it finished the following week. After cashing my check, he did not respond to multiple email and voice mails for over two weeks. When he finally did respond he again promised it would be another day or two.
