New patio cover is perfect, it rained the day after it was installed, not a drop was seen. Awesome job.
We had our windows replaced a little over two years ago. The caulk job was horrible and had to be redone by another person. Some of the windows leaked, and it took many calls and texts to get the owner to do anything. I told the owner that no flashing was used when the windows were replaced, but it feel on deaf ears. I finally contacted the BBB, and a siding company was finally sent out about 18 months later. They placed some flashing, and that seems to have solved the problem...hopefully. Nothing but a good experience from start to finish. A challenging job on an old house, but they did an amazing job and are a great outfit to deal with.
