I am very upset with my service. They had my car over 2 weeks to replace my brakes. $2300.00 later I am dismissed by them. They've done all they can do they said. Told me they are confident my brakes are safe. Brakes would not pass inspection by another company in Bolivar. They told me my brakes ARE NOT SAFE!! Horrible service!!! My wife went while I was at work to purchase 3 tires, I had already bought 1 and had it put on the front of the truck. It was a easy as add 3 more of the same. Instead, they sold her 3 non-matching tires for 75.00 extra apiece. Then I took my truck there for an oil change (against my better judgment). I have a wiper blade that is literally shredded and since their 72 point inspection covers that, I assumed they would changed it. NOPE!! And the excuse?? "I guess we forgot to look". Noticed a hissing from a tire, so immediately looked to see if by chance any shops open on Sun... The listing for this Bridgestone/Firestone showed sun hours so drove straight there - but when I got here, was closed for Mother's Day. Tire already down below 20psi & wasn't gonna make it anywhere else, so figured would just sit in parking lot until opened at 730AM tomorrow.
