Phone system is terrible, you talk with someone who knows absolutely nothing before they transfer you to the site your wanting,the Greenfield people are nice and try to accommodate what you need,
People spoke nice upfront, had no issues there originally. I wanted to get brakes, rotors and a rotate balance. After I left for them to complete job they called and said I needed a battery (very likely) so I opted in to get one. Next day when I head out of town tires are off balance, wobbling fairly bad, and when I go to start my car 2 days later it wouldn't start. The terminals were loose on the battery. Things happen people forget etc, but something so simple should have been easy to do especially since they charged me 65... read more
No inspector also tried to send us 30 minutes away when there is a shop a few doors down do not recommend
Sawyer tire shop in Greenfield is amazing! We traveled here from out of state and had a flat tire. They made a bad day turn out great! Excellent job fixing tire and they stayed late to help us out. Awesome customer service Treated us like family! Highly recommend this shop for all your tire needs.
These guys had me in and out, 5 trailer tires. Would definitely recommend them.
