Great service and always ready to help! They were able to get me in very quickly and taken care of so I could get back to work.
I would leave a no star review if I could. I made an appointment online for 10am on Sunday August 24th. It is now 10:20am on Sunday August 24th and nobody is at the shop, I called their customer service and she was extremely unhelpful. I blew a tire and all I needed was 1 replaced i took it off my car myself and brought and can’t even get a simple answer about what’s going on. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.
I had a terrible experience at this auto body shop. The staff was incredibly unprofessional, treating me condescendingly because of my age. They spoke to me as if I knew nothing about cars, dismissing my concerns and questions with patronizing remarks. The service was slow and communication was poor. I felt disrespected throughout the entire process. Avoid this shop if you want to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. One star is generous.
Car-X replaced a bearing in my daughter's car three times, failed again. She took it to a reputable shop and learned the cheap bearing came from Amazon and was actually missing parts. Very dangerous. Go someplace else--you can't do worse. ZERO stars!!
