BIG FREAKING SHOUT OUT TO PHILLIP AND HIS TEAM TONIGHT. TOOK MY CAR DOWN WITH IN 2 HOURS THEY HAD MY CAR INSPECTED AND FIXED. AT FIRST IT WAS GONNA BE A BIG REPAIR BUT THEY TOOK THE EXTRA TIME AND LOOKED AND FOUND THE ISSUE. WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN A BIG REPAIR WAS A SMALL REPAIR. WE HAVE USED CAR RX SEVERAL TIMES NOW AND HAVE NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR FAST SERVICE AND THE EXTRA TIME!!! WE WILL BE BACK.
Sent my son in with a coupon for an oil change $29. He leaves with a charge of over $50.00. Manager was a smart... saying with shop fees and tax it was more. Could have made that clear prior to charging my son more money. Another person was in there complaining about the same thing. Bad business practices.
