CarX has been a wonderful experience! The manager, Mark, and his technicians were knowledgeable and I felt that my vehicle, and myself, were in very capable hands. I will be returning when services are recommended, or needed, in the future. It's rare to find such trustworthy mechanics in this day and age. I'd give 10 stars if I could!
Can’t even explain the frustration. Started by making an appointment- arrived no appointment scheduled, they blamed it on the call service. Was told cost was $96 with $30 coupon. I also ordered wind shield wipers for $29. Tell me how my total was $ 155 for oil change and wipers. I went back-and-forth with Mark a dozen times and it was nothing but a bunch of double talk he kept on giving me discounts after discount and it still comes out to $155? This is the second time I took my car to this place. The first time was in 2020 and all I got was an oil change but someone unscrewed my spark plugs so I decided I wasn’t gonna go back there. I got a brand new car last year in February and got my oil change just last week and finally drove it again today for the first time since I got it changed and my car check engine light came on. Absolutely fantastic and quality work Cody helped me today and did a great job very helpful and explained things to me and was able to get me done and out in 15 minutes while being there by himself big thumbs up!
My experience with Carx was fantastic. In the past I have not had the best experiences with mechanics. Dealing with Cody and his associates was a breath of fresh air. Their work is exemplary.
