The receptionist was really rude. I asked her a question regarding a patient and she had an aggressive tone to her voice.

No wonder they have a low 2 rating... Office staff is extremely rude and Dr. Sawyer, obviously, does not care. He is personable, but I have no interest in calling or visiting his office. There are so many others around. Think twice before you call the office.!! Customer service everywhere has dropped tremendously since COVID, however, this particular office has always had the worst so for that reason I will choose another doctor. When dealing with my health, it is so not worth it.
I would give a zero star rating if I could. The lack of professionalism from the child that works in the office is astounding! Doctor was very personable. Had no problems with past procedures but this person is so unpleasant I am moving on. Dr. Sawyer you should seriously consider getting rid of her. It's definitely affecting your business!
Dr Sawyer is amazing! He took such great care of my son! Highly recommend!!!
