I just had a very pleasant exchange with Sawyer products customer service. They were willing to go above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be back to get filters for our next vacation.
We have purchased numerous products from here in the past which will now come to a halt, we purchased the squeeze which leaks from both ends which makes it useless, we work alongside FEMA and we do all kinds of natural disasters we've been issued in the past we've been issued the Sawyer mini and we've been issued life straws so far life straws have never failed us we've never had any issues with the Sawyer mini unfortunately now the squeeze I'm glad we found out before we headed out to work some floods, if we were out there ... read more
