Great products and customer service - I received a cracked syringe and they internationally mailed a free replacement right away. The squeeze filter is awesome.
Great products with reasonable costs. Highly recommended. I use it daily and live on the river. A huge difference it has made, without the bug repellent it would be unbearable.
This has to be one of the worst customer service departments I’ve ever dealt with. They have absolutely no interest in satisfying an unhappy customer at all,NONE! You can have the best product on the market but without customer service, you have Nothing. I purchased two cans of Picardin repellent from them and because they didn’t make an effort to place some packing paper in the box the cans smashed against each other and one emptied out completely and soaked the box.
