Excellent. Had a quote within a few days and work done less than two weeks later. David cleaned up when done beyond my expectations and helped troubleshoot a better solution on the fly.
It took a visit from the state inspector, and several trips, for them to make it right. Then they still wouldn't take responsibility for it, the cost hours of lost work hours on my end to sort it out, and they tried to parrot my own words back to me explaning what was faulty and dangerous, pretending they had figured it out. Just no.
Very rude and condescending to talk to, unwilling to help work out problems and details will just hang up on you, Would not recommend trying to work with this company.

After trying to figure out what we thought was a hybrid hot water heater…..Jeremiah started troubleshooting, & praises to him he said it was a leaking water pipe in my crawl space !!! He immediately fixed the problem & called Rapid Response Restoration! These two companies are reputable, knowledgeable, respectful, reliable and trustworthy! Sporadic new construction work ethic. Very expensive. More concerned with high paying emergency calls. Several delays in completion and then didn't unplug the kitchen disposal drain causing kitchen floor to get flooded when turning on the dishwasher. That should be plumbing 101.
