I lived at Sawyer Place for two years. I ultimately decided to move due to rising costs and ongoing construction surrounding the building. That said, my overall experience was greatly enhanced thanks to Terita in the leasing office, and Peter in the lobby. Both were consistently professional, kind, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their dedication truly made a difference during my time there. Thank you so much team!
After months of trying to use the gym. 6/9 elliptical machines STILL do not work. You'd think a building that has maintenance living in the building, would have fixed their small 900 sqft gym equipments? But no. Im glad the alarms don't blare all hours of the night like they use to, but somethings, especially since you are being charged for their amenities, need to be fixed in a timely manner. Not, 11 weeks and 3 only execercise machines working.
Sumera in the leasing office has been a profound help every step of the way during our move in process. With a new baby in tow, her kindness, patience, and prompt responses made what could have been a difficult move into an extremely easy one! Thank you so much for your help Sumera, we love Sawyer Place and this experience only further cemented that.
