I wish to sincerely express my frustration BECAUSE most of the time that I need maintenance in my apartment either is not an emergency or is not cover in my rent. Worse, I needed to have new doors in the kitchen's cabinets. The cabinets had installed partially used broken doors. Those doors are damaged again. Very nice place, the apartments are nice and clean. But let me tell you how awful the residence are with their pets. Since being here it the most I’ve smell dog pee and seen poop ever. The tenants are disgusting. How you live somewhere and the first place you take your dog too pee is on the pole of the building. They don’t clean up behind the dogs you have to be hop stepping and skipping over dog shit. I don’t know but I think they don’t even wash the building anymore maybe they don’t care I’m just saying. The old managers was much better than the current ones. I am not sure why they switched but it went for the worse. I have been a resident on and off for several years. The assistant property manager Terrreta is horrible! I am so happy I moved out. I complained about her but not sure how far that went. She is not pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't suggest moving into this building.
