I have had service with them for over 8 years and was adding another take for a new kitchen. It’s been 3 weeks, would not call me back but when you call headquarters they tell you they will get back to you and want your business . After doing that 4 times I finally got a text that said they can’t help. Total disorganization, the left had does not know what the right hand is doing.
The worst
I have been a customer for 10 years in Jacksonville, Florida. I get service once per year as a residence. 8 out of 12 times at least, the service has been horrible! No phone calls to indicate when delivery is coming. Left hand customer service department and drivers are disconnected. Now that Sawyer Gas has control, it has gone down hill! Latest incident was that I let tank run out of gas which was completely my fault. So we had that discussion and CSR said a Pressure test would be needed.
