Jay RN, Paramedic and his female partner EMT-A were awesome today at the Lumberjack competition helping my 92yr old father after a fainting episode. They were professional and courteous, they took the time to include myself as a family member in my father's care. The Healthcare profession has become a sometimes thankless job, not that that is why they do it. As a 30+yr nurse myself I appreciate that they have not lost that personal touch.
John and his team saved my boyfriends life. They were professional, caring, and not only took care of my boyfriend, but made sure to check on me and make sure I was okay too. I will forever be grateful for this team.
