Seldom do I write reviews but I have had too many unpleasant experiences with Sawtooth (i.e. poor service and order errors) and would hate for others to have to go through this in the future... I had ordered food online which was already tricky. Perhaps this was a technical issue but for the first nearly hour after opening, the website to order from repeatedly notified me that orders weren’t being accepted which I found odd. Sawtooth Kitchen could improve by providing water to paying patrons upon request, even at closing time; and by keeping an emergency key to the bathroom readily available for staff in the event of an emergency; and by having EMS perform fored entries in cases when patrons are unconscious on locked bathroom floors instead of the owner or management breaking the door frame before EMS arrival. This is fun place to hang out, but needs some improvements made.
WATCH YOUR HEAD!!! If you are dancing on the dance floor the speakers are at head height in the middle of the dance floor with no padding or anything thing to block the open space underneath. I only showed up for the music so I can't speak to the food or drinks but this place really seems to draw a crowd so they're probably doing something right.
