I’ve lived here for about a year now and we’ve changed property managers four or five times. I don’t even know now we’ve lost access to doors and mail on multiple occasions without any notice and without being given keys to change anything doors don’t lock properly I just can’t wait to get the hell out of here. Oh, and the neighbors are awful. They are always loud and disruptive and disrespectful Do not lease here, no matter what
I lived with this apartment complex for a year within that first year they switched property managers four times and one of those property managers did not do what I told them to do they reported my rent payment to the credit company even though I told them not to, never missed a payment whatsoever and yet still had my credit score drop nearly 100 points and they say there's nothing they can do or any compensation they can make when that heavily affects a lot of things in life
I love this place it’s a nice place. All tho I do wish that aly was a manager here again bc she cared for her tenants and actually helped with things and would call back with ur questions when she was too busy to get to it. I am getting told that my rent will be a different amount next month which I don’t understand why. Changing to avenue 5 was a big mistake, the last leasing manger ally and Josh the maintenance man were amazing, and cared for the people and community they were working for. I can’t say the same about the new crew when you can’t even get a simple response. Another note would be the latest leasing company telling me I shouldn’t have even had to pay a security deposit and then just using it towards rent without my permission. It’s quiet for the most part but Goodluck parking past 5, as a dog owner I don’t want to walk around a shitty lawn and people don’t pick up poop- they also aren’t held accountable for leaving poop. The only amenity the fire pit is always empty and dont ask if there’s anyway to get it replaced because you’ll be ignored and any further texts after asking questions. Changed leasing people 3 times and Aly was the best she was always helpful always has a solution and cared for her tenants. Can’t say the same for the current lady.
