Loved touring here! I visited last year and wasn’t very impressed, but new management has really improved the whole process and Maddy was really nice to work with.
Maddy was super helpful and answered all my questions when showing me around.
Everything is new and clean and Modern. I couldn’t ask for more. EVERTHING has changed since that review less than a year ago. First we went through three Property Managers. Well when I moved in I gave the first Property Manager Candace who I thought was great a move in sheet noting the damaged window inside in my bedroom. I didn’t make a copy(my bad) but I had no idea their would be three different Property Managers. Management changed 3 times in less than a year! Josh & Aly were great, friendly, cared about tenants and took care of everything to ensure the safety of their tenants. Josh would shovel snow on the weekends along with during the week, whenever it was needed. The newest 3rd property manager does not care! We have elderly, disabled and people with kids, trying to get through the uh shoveled sidewalks, it ridiculous! In our lease it states, snow removal is included. Every tenant should get a refund. My experience at sawtooth flats has been up and down. Largely due to loud and inconsiderate neighbors, change in management from when I first moved in a year ago, and parking. The apartments are comfortable and nice quality. I haven’t experienced any maintenance issues thankfully. However the hallways in my building smell terrible, and 3 separate times I’ve seen dog poop INSIDE the hallways on the stairs. Pet owners need to be held responsible for the mess their pets make in any common areas. The hallways look gross as well.... read more
