Cannot get ahold of anyone during lunch but no voice message explaining that. Front desk staff not very friendly.
Don’t waste your time going here. Took the doctor over a week and a half just to call me after getting my referral in to tell me they didn’t want to see me in person. They didn’t even get my full history or see me in person before making their diagnosis which was incorrect. Then when I was referred again in order to be seen in person so I could speak with the doctor and give my full history in order to get an accurate diagnosis, they hung up on me and wouldn’t answer my phone calls. My elderly mom had a serious infection and we had to deal with this place. the doctors are incompetent and rude they treat people like they are absolutely stupid. They waste your time with unnecessary policies and practices just to stroke there own egos. I'm looking into alternative clinics absolutely would not recommend. Some of the worst Healthcare experiences I've ever had
I had a referral from my doctor to this office after a positive Lyme test. After several weeks without hearing from anyone, I called to follow up and was told my referral was denied. They wouldn’t even schedule an appointment to see me! I am now still bedridden, extremely sick looking for a Lyme disease specialist. Just very sad.
The way the Dr. Wyatt treated me was beyond awful! I have tetanus which no ine ever gets. It can kill you! My symptoms returned 3 days after discharge. I went to the ER. They sent me home and said to go to her office to see the PA. I did that. Dr. Wyatt then came in stood In front of me saying goodness I guess we can fit her in Thursday. (Mind you tetanus kills and progresses with out treatment) when I walked up to her and asked "what am I supposed to do?
