VERY disappointing stay !!! Ensuite wasn't working. The downstairs toilet wasn't working. BBQ was discusting. No warning of the problems We booked for - as their ad says, A Luxury stay... Not! It fell well short. Charged $500- for cleaning - ouch NO care from owner NO concession for the problems. It was so disappointing as we had booked this well in advance and anticipated a lovely Easter holiday for our family. The property manager lives next door. Book somewhere else
Sawtell is a great spot. Nice community. Good eating places and you won't feel like you are out with civilization at the beaches.
