I recently purchased several blades. The ordering went very quickly and blades were ready in several days. When I picked them up I noticed they were the wrong length, not sure if it was me or them. The customer service person told me to bring them back and they would fix them for me and offered to do it in hour or so. I took them back but could not wait so picked them up a couple of days later all just how I needed them. Our company used them for saw sharpening. The sharpening was great. Customer service, however, was the worst thing I've ever experienced. Often took over a month just to get a quote. We had to call constantly to get an answer to where our blades were at, and often they would just simply not respond to emails. Not recommended.
