Absolutely the worst hotel stay we’ve had in our lives. The room had a broken window, mold in the sills of all windows. Room stunk like cigarettes. Ceiling tiles in the bathroom were falling down. Couldn’t use the pillows in the bed due to body odour smell. Furniture was filthy. When we asked for a room that didn’t smell, a lady came with an air freshener spray bottle and refused to switch. If zero stars was an option it would be used in this case.
Very very dirty hallways. Room smelled like cigarettes. Dingy room and bathroom. No hair conditioner, not even after asking the front desk. Very uncomfortable pillows- ended up going to winners and buying my own for the rest of my stay. Kind staff and surprisingly decent breakfast which were the only positives. Will never stay here again.
Very nice rooms. Super clean.
